I wrote on Hello Peter on 26/07/15 with regards to an Edgars Funeral Policy that had not been paid out. This Policy was underwritten by Hollard. Barbara Wilson and Hlobi Dlamini of Edgars have done everything in their power to sort this matter out with Hollard. We have 8 reference numbers of their efforts. Edgars Head Office, as this policy was taken out with Edgars not Hollard, please pay out this policy to me and you can fight Hollard for the amount due on the policy. Please urgently deal with this matter that has been going on since 14 July 2015. (Once this matter has been resolved, I would also like to change my complaint to a compliment due to the efforts, follow up, personal interest, dedication and calm manner of Barbara Wilson and Hlobi Dlamini of Edgars Vryheid)
