Red Square Centurion Mall- Terrible Service

I went into Red Square Centurion Mall on Saturday 10.10.2015 at about 2.30pm. <br> Both assistants in the store, seemed uninterested and irritated that they now had to help someone. <br> I went up to the counter and explained that I needed to do an exchange and was met with disapproval. The assistant( Kgathatso) first said that we could not exchange and then looking carefully at the receipt said that we could? <br> She did not offer any assistance and when I called her to where I was about 10 minutes later, she took her time and was visibly unhappy that she had to now work!<br> She sped around the store clearly not happy that I had asked for help. The terrible service was completely unexpected as I had previously visited Foschini and Stuttafords and my previous experience with Red Square was nothing like the latter. There was another assistant in the store (Leonie) who didn't even get off her chair. <br> In addition to this, I could have easily picked up merchandise and walked out!<br> I will never again purchase from Red Square and will rather make fragrance purchases elsewhere. <br> As a retail store manager, I find the above completely unacceptable and as a customer I am disappointed and disgusted!
