Red Carpet - Incorrect Discount Given
I went to Edgars Pavllion on Friday 01 May as I had seen that there is a Red Carpet Event. I had not received my voucher so got one from the ladies at the entrance of the store. After selecting the goods I proceeded to the Till point where i got R 400 off and then left the store. <br> Much to my dismay did i discover that I should actually have received R500 off, as I am a Club Member and was not informed of this. Only when receiving the post this morning, my Edgars Club Magazine enclosed was a voucher for R500 when spending R2000 which i did.<br> Please advise how i need to proceed to get the extra R100 discount. <br> I am a loyal customer and have supporting Edgars for many years so find this a bit disturbing.
