Rectify your WRONG Edgars- Its called service!

Went to Edgars branch in Vaal Mall and the consultant assisted me in buying the relevant foundation colour. Started using it this week and been getting comments from people I work and family that my face looks orange! Clearly she sold me the wrong colour! Phoned the Alberton branch to explain what has happened, I do not have the proof of purchase or packaging as I did not know that i would be experiencing problems with this. She told me she will not be able to assist without the packaging and that I need to go back to Vaal Mall?! You are 1 company and I expect this to be sorted out.
