Reap off

I went to Edgars mall of the south to buy school shoes earlier which had a note that they were R30 off per pair then another note saying R100 off when spending R450. when I got to the till I was told I cant have 2 discounts but Edgars is the one that advertised it separate. Mike who is the Risk manager was called but he failed dismally to explain as well starting by saying the board have T&C's on them. I went downstairs to get a picture and guess what there was no T&C note on it. I had another voucher Edgars sent me saying its a gift to me well so much for a gift that has T&C's that are not even on the website. I went to Edgars site as per instruction and read all but nothing about using vouchers simultaneously. This can only mean Edgars has been cheating their customers. if one puts their cards out and its visible its fine as everyone knows what to expect from the get go but not tell people 1 thing then tell them another when paying. this is upsetting especially thinking I have been a client for almost 20 years with them yet there is no transparency
