Really a disgrace for christmas!!!

Good day. To whom it may concern please find my complaint for your attention. <br> <br> Edgars/ Edcon is really a disgrace for an company. Today i purchased a R300 gift voucher from your store. You only had two cashiers on a busy day at the busy mall. The gentleman only gave me an envelope plain white ****ty looking one for me to give someone for a Christmas present! After Asking don't you have something decent To put the card in he said simply no, the lady by the second cashier said she will have to look at the back. There was a line of people waiting there. When she came back she said no there is nothing and said i should look at CNA. Only for me having to pay R5 for a ****y piece of card. This is really a disgrace. But yet you took my money but wont offer me value for money service! If you cant offer me service dont even bother contacting me. This is not the first time i had such *********** service from you!!!!!!
