RE: RIMMEL FOUNDATION - DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS

I have purchased Rimmel foundation from Edgars as it was on special. When i opened the foundation about 1 month after purchasing the foundation it was thick and was not even coming up the squirt. i un*****ed the top only to find that the foundation was absolutely thick. when i took it back to the store Kriba Govender (the comestic manager) advised me that the bottle is empty and i have used the foundation. what nonsense because if the foundation was used up when opening the bottle to show them how thick the foundation was she could see that. Common sense will tell you that if the bottle was empty there would have been nothing coming out. For a manager to display such poor customer experience. when i requested fro the rep's information she then advised that she has an issue with her system and will get the rep to contact me. After 1 week i received a call from Ronel and she advised me that she will get back to me and up to this date i have not received any feedback.<br> <br> Please do not buy because if you have any issues with the product you will not be able to get any help or assistance. i did not receive any feedback from the Edgars manager or the rep of Rimmel.
