RCS/EDGARS WHAT A JOKE

While trying to make an online purchase, I kept getting a card error. I contacted Edgars and was told that the white cards are no longer valid and that I need to get a new card. the second department I spoke to said Edgar's can deliver a new card as there is no Edgar's where I live the closest one is 1h30 away. I got told to phone the finance department which I did only to find out they do not deliver I have to go in store due to paper work. I never even received any communication regarding new cards. how can Edgars just stop your card before you have had a chance to replace it or even communicate that it needs to be replaced with an updated card.
