RCS/EDGARS refusing to refund the debits which were *****ulently done from my store account

My Edgars store account was debit *****ulently by IUA Insurance solutions, over several months by debiting 8 unauthorized insurances form my account, an investigation was done and the outcome was for the IUA to pay back the money debited which was R11 500 and this money was paid to RCS on the 13th May 2024 and to date RCS and Edgars are giving me the run around and not paying the money back to me after numerous calls and emails, by the 19th June 2024 they still have not transferred my money to my account, they always have a story why the payment is delayed, hello peter please help my reference number with RCS and Edgards is EDC***
