RCS/Edgars - charging interest in a 6 month interest free account

RCS/Edgars are now chafing interest on my 6 month interest free account!! No prior notification or my permission. Their accounts seem to be a law unto themselves. I require RCS/Edgars credit me for all interest charges from present to goodness knows how many months past.
