When RCS took over Edgar's the drama started, in February I was listed as a missed payment for R170 not knowing that is the full amount outstanding, as when I requested an amount in store I paid that, didn't know I was outstanding, was thinking if I wanted to close the account or not, then my credit report shows missed payment Edgar's, thanks RCS. Since March to date matter is not sorted, my credit application are affected my this R170 missed payment that I was not aware of. There are companies that are too big to value customer service, and those Companies personally, it's not safe to be associated with, even if the plan is to boost your credit score, they can turn the exercise around and make it go the other way, like my experience, over 5year relationship tarnished because of RSC not having the same vision. Be carefully who you chose to do business with and associate yourself with.
