RCS Jet is the worst company

RCS group JET is the worst company to deal with. They incorrectly recorded a missed payment on my credit report and they promised in February 2021 already they will resolve it with the credit bureau but on my credit report it still shows I missed a payment which was never the case. I sent proof of payment numerous times...why has no one came back to me and why has this not been updated on my credit report
