Rcs is pathetic

Hi. I have been with Edgar's edcon for over 6 years and in all the times I've been there, on Sunday 11th October I had the most terrible experience at the Edgar's store, not even words can explain my experience with them.

Went into the store, knew what I wanted, so picked up the 2 shirts and off I went to pay. What should have been a 15 min trip in and out of store, turned out to be over 1 hr 30 min of my time being wasted and of course not to my satisfaction...

1. I had to purchase my stuff in cash. 2. Spoke to a call Centre consultant, Chumiseka coba 10h30 11th Octobee Cape town 3. No manager on the floor during a working day, it is no excuse not to have a manager on Sunday. Ridiculous pathetic service. 4. My payments are not reflecting for August and September... Just imagine as soon as rcs takes over my payments stop reflecting.

Fix this and fix it fast. You will lose customers.
