RCS has messed up Edgars big time,second time issue with my policies

Since receiving my statement for December in jan I see that my policies have been taken off for Hollard. when i call in i have been told to contact the insurance guys,the insurance guys when called have no clue what gives so then i need to call Edgars back.I currently owe them R1400 of which i have made R500 payment each month since lock down due to having been affected by COVID I still stayed committed. Being harassed each month with fees for letters and sms being sent to me for an account i am currently paying is not going to change my situation so why send them. i am paying what i can afford.Is thatnot good enough EDGARS! compaired to not getting anything at all. I want this issue resolved
