RCS Edgars idiots at play

I have paid my account with Edgars on 05 January 2021 at 12:03, in full, and closed all my accounts telephonically via ***. I was then billed in February 2021 for an account that was closed. I get redirected to RCS and then get disconnected after being forwarded to at least 4 people every time.

On 15th March 2021 at about 12:30 I phoned from Edgars store in Tableview and spoke to a lady who made her self know as Kogi. I forwarded the below attachments: 1. Edgars_acc_close_1 - The proof my account was paid in full. 2. CANCELLATION OF EDGARS CLUB - MRS FARIED ABRAHAMS RCS - Proof that I requested closure of the account 3. ConfirmationCancelled - Proof that my membership was canceled 4. Edgars_E-Statement_Jan2021_17678 - Billing after the fact that the account was canceled No reply other than a reference number.
