RCS & Edgars bad bad service

a week ago complaint about Edgar's - belief it or not no responds from them - account was closed in Feb End March a payment of R 131 was made and was informed this will be returned however today 12 April 2021 received an SMS that an amount of R 131 is again payable by May, whats happening to this company dont they take care of customer or just dont worry - Was informed that RCS is the problem, I am closing all accounts that deals with RSC and have already closed my kids accounts as well - if a company deals with RCS as per staff from Edgar's this is the problem.
