RCS Edgars accounts in shambles.

My account was paid if full on 30 June2020. Then 8 Sept i get a statement that I owe interest R92 and Fees R30.00 When you phone they are not helpful at all. Was told to pay and close the account or wait till next months statement, it MIGHT be corrected. That is not service! In the branch you are told to phone customer service. Its a viscous circle. My account balance was Nil in July so I know my payment was received and credited. After 46 years with Edgars i'm closing my account.
