RCS and Edgars new level of INCOMPETENCE mxm!!

RCS and Edgars are robbing consumers blind, I have been battling to close my account and stop never ending unauthorised deductions from my account. I have been charged service fee amounts and account protection plan amounts for an account which has a zero balance. I have had the account for over 9 years and never had any arrears or skipped a payment, on the several occasions I've the called the customer care line and I've gotten no joy. The in store staff are also clueless with their products and procedures. I eventually got a payed up latter after several attempts yet I'm still billed on a monthly basis for an account on zero balance. Ombudsman.. please please intervene!!!
