RCMS Contract

I received smss welcoming me to a new Vodacom package and ended up calling Vodacom as strange things were happening with my phone (couldn't see caller IDs, all social medias not functioning and had a lot of airtime). They told me I was entered into a contract with RCMS which I know nothing about, I have been calling them since Saturday the 31st October and they always promise somebody will call me back as the call center can't cancel my contract but only their accounts can. My life depends on my Phone and I am unable to do anything now as I can't access most of the things in there. I don't want any contract with RCMS, no one called me for a contract agreement and I don't understand why I am in the contract.<br> Fix this immediately as I am tired of calling the call center who cannot assist me with anything!<br>
