RCMS
Hi I have read so many bad reviews with regards to Edgars and their third party mobile service provider and<br> I tend to find that big companies like Edgars are not looking after their customers anymore.Once again I have also fallen in this RCMS trap and phoned numerously.I cancelled the service after the expired 6 months period with a ref number and guess who I am still paying? ... Yup RCMS.<br> <br> The people attending to all these cases do not really care and why should we.I am going to pay up my account at the end of this month and close it as it seems like this is the only way to resolve such issues.I am a Edgars<br> customer and if you asked other providers to act on your behalf man up and take the responsibility for this.You<br> are not the client being inconvenienced by this.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Daniel
