RCI - EDGARS

I have had an account with Edgars for many years and have never had a problem with them every month I pay my account and even more then my installment are. But ever since RCI has taken over this account has become a huge burden to me. They phone me saying I have not payed when I have paid and they can't see my past history of payments. I can understand if I was a bad payer but I have paid this account every single month. I am going to pay this account and close it my advice to people out there think before you open account through RCI as don't train their people properly and to crown it they don't have customer care they are *********** because if they did their work properly they would not waste my time and the phone call. They make me feel like a ********. I'm a grown woman and know my responsibility. And as far as I know you have till the 7th of the month to pay but according to them you must pay by the 1st what do you do if you don't get paid on the last day of the month. So please becareful when opening an account with RCI.
