Random subscription I did not sign up for

I got a new subscription out of the blue for blue label mobile content and I did not sign up for any of this I did not agree to this now it’s debiting my account with this R200 and i don’t know what its for. I called helpdesk and they don’t know whats going on. Hello does edgars even give a **** about its customers?? this is what happens when a corporation gets too big, their heads get too big and they forget about customer service. I hope whoever is responsible for this burns in hell.
