R700 excess?
April 2015 phone was booked for repairs. I was told it will only take 6weeks. 3Months later the phone is still not fixed. Lodged a complaint and only then did they decide to attend to the matter.Today i receive a text to say its been finally fixed however i need to pay an excess of R700. Are you kidding me? It took over three months to fix one phone and you really still expect me to pay excess after the trouble i went through to get it fixed?
