R35-00 Monthly Service fee charged to Zero balance Account!!!!!

My Edgars account was settled 10 May 2025, and I had zero balance. Now I received my July 2025 statement and I owe them R102-34? R66-84 for ''collections'' SMS's and R24-15 for a system generated letter. There is a R35-00 charge added as ''Monthly Service Fee'' - so apparently this charge is added monthly irrespective if your account is on zero!! Is this for keeping my account open? What service are you providing? They also added R0-50 for Interest? Seriously!! Please send me my settlement letter and say Goodbye Edgars!!!!
