R14,304 later Edgars still demand R12000 from us!!

In 2011 we obtained a court order and committed to repay Edgars R346.36 over 40 months until our debt has been settled and R14.304 paid. This was achieved in 2014 and we have sent our payment statements up until a zero balance (last payment made on 08 May 2014) as well as the court order to Lila Sello at Edcon [Email Removed] as well as MBD Credit Solutions (Pty) Ltd.. There has been no response from Edcon and we are still listed on the Credit Bureau for the debt. We asked on several occassion for a settlement letter which is not forthcoming. We are constantly harrassed and threatened by the retailer and/or its call centre and victimised through a bad credit report. As a result we cannot obtain any credit to improve our quality of life and build up a positive credit profile.
