R11 000 Edgars Nightmare worse than Home Affairs

Hello Peter I'm Cyril Thulane Maseko I have an account with with Edgars and last year I was at work and a very unfriendly lady called to inform me that someone hacked my account and stole over R 11 000 worth of goods and I must confirm my date of birth to validate my purchase I refused because I didn't buy anything on that day. I went to their now closed Middelburg branch to sort out the mess I was assisted but a week later that branch closed then I went to their Middelburg mall branch to do a follow up only to be told that my documents are missing and I had to do the whole process over again which I did and then early this year I started to receive calls from MDB informing me that I have to pay my outstanding edgars account this is were the nightmare started I told the MDB consultant that Edgars is busy sorting that mess up and they should be able to receive the necessary documents about the account. Only to find out that my documents were not processed this was after I had spent countless efforts to resolve the matter and everytime there is a problem with their system then I met a lady at the branch Nomfundo is her name who assisted me and processed my documents this was around May this year about 10 months since the incident happened and still I had to duck and dive the forever coming calls from MDB then even them (MDB) were tired of waiting for Edgars to send them the documents they requested me to go to the branch and ask for copies of the documents so that they would stop calling and remove my name from the collection list I jumped at that opportunity to clear my name only to be told that my documents are confidential and I cannot get them I should call their customer care services which I did only to be referred back to the "confidentiality shop" (Edgars Middelburg Mall) that referred me to them(customer care services) still up to date the matter hangs over my head unresolved I Have lost not only my appetite for Edgars but also a Home Loan application to buy my family their Dream Home as I'm now consided a bad payer Please Guys to anyone reading this and has an Edgars account please please please do your best to close it its not worth the trouble you will suffer once what happened to me happens to you I will not wish this for anyone even my enemies as now sooner or later MDB is going to take legal action against me
