R0.50 charge for a plastic bag
Yesterday my wife and I walk into Edgars at Cresta Shopping Centre. Browse and finaly select a few items and proceed to pay.<br> At the till we are given a thank you card for FREE, as we are paying with cash.<br> We are then informed that we will be charged R0.50c per plastic bag.<br> To which i responded that Edgars is willing to give me a Free Card worth approx. R35, but they not willing to give me a free bag to carry the goods just purchased from their store.
