Quality of products

on the 15/12/2015 I purchased a pair of D66 formal shoes, on the 25/12 I noticed the heel starting to crack away from the sole, i thought i perhaps didn't walk properly but noticed that both the left and the right had the same problem, i have tried to contact the branch to which i am told that this is general wear and tear and that there is nothing they can do. so after 2months of using the shoe every sunday, i now notice that the sole is beginning to rip!<br> i need Edgars to give me a full refund, or preferably replace the shoes, i still have the box and can provide any other details required
