Quality Control???

In March 2015 I bought a bra from Edgars, which was only ever hand washed. I returned it at the end of May due to the seems coming undone. Then, I bought my son a pair of slippers with a zip - one week later that got returned due to the zip breaking. My husband and I got a new bed, thus new bedding... I give you a wild guess. Yes! The first duvet cover bought was returned after its first wash. The second duvet cover is being returned, again after the first wash. Both due to the seems. And the winter blanket I bought has 2 flaws.<br> What has happened to the quality of Edgars goods? I have been an account holder for 20 years and I expect so much more.<br> This, as the consumer is just totally unacceptable. My petrol each time of driving up and down. Besides the frustration of expecting quality. And the question remains, what is Edgars going to do to make me a happy client all over again as I am fast loosing faith in a company which I had so much faith in.<br> I am only but 1 disgruntled client. How many more are out there?
