Purchase a phone at Style Store ZA at your own risk!!!!

I'm am a very disgruntled customer, it's always very undelightful to receive service in a facility where you expect good service . I came into your Style store at Trade Route on the 4th October 2025. I wanted to make a cellphone purchase . I was assisted by a gentleman with a dread like cut with the most "doing us a favor attitude " . He helped with the purchase while singing along to songs playing in the background. I didn't take much into that and concluded my purchase where the manager also assisted with the rest of the purchase . The phone gave my a problem the exact next day and I had to wait until the next day off I had to bring it back . I'm in the store today date 9 October 2025 . I'm being told my phone has to be booked in and taken for repairs , when I bring it to their attention that I wasn't told this when I purchased this device this boy i mentioned before just dismissed us and just said we must wait for the manager in the most arrogant voice . Manager also tells me this and I'm completely baffled because I refuse to purchase an item and not even get to enjoy it and then be told I'll have to wait further. This boy then makes a remark to his colleagues thinking we can't hear saying " they making it seem like they purchased an iphone" When my sister made me aware of this and was letting me know what he said he still wanted to be disrespectful and my sister dismissed him i find that very disrespectful because cellphones are sold in multiple places and for me to make a purchase in you store means I support this specific entity. I shouldn't be treated like this means nothing . Please let me know why people are being hired yet they don't have customer service skills . Customer service is also so unhelpful and protects staff while knowing very well that as a customer I'm suppose to be told the entire truth as a customer so I can decide
