PUBLIC WARNING - Watch guarantee

Word of advice to the public... DO NOT BUY WATCHES or anything with a guarantee from Edgars, as they do not honour it!!<br> We bought a Casio watch from them less than a year ago. It stopped working so we took it in. A very unprofessional Mduduze informed us that it will take 4 - 5 weeks to get it back, and even made a huge note on our slip. We waited patiently and followed up after 5 weeks. A VERY rude Mduduze told me that I did not hand in my watch with him, it must have been given in at another branch as he can not find my details on their service register - he even went as far as telling me to calm down, and relax as I must be the one that made a mistake!!! I explained to him that I have the proof right in front of me, with their store stamp, and his name and signature, after which he promised to investigate and get back to me. He never did!!
