Provident fund

I started working for Edgar's in March 2018 and resigned last year, december 2019. My manager gave me a run around for resigning. She printed all documents late, way after I had resigned. After I left I was called back to come and resign on the system again, of which I didnt understand. All relevant document were not attached to my resignation on the date it was suppose too. However when I came back a week later after my end date, she was not in on that day and asked another manager to assist who then told me my account was kicked off the system. She was then suppose to send the document separate via email to HR because she did not attach them to my resignation on the system. Weeks later I asked her if she sent my documents to HR and she said she did. But It's been 10 month's, I was not given any documents and still haven't received my provident fund. I'm highly disappointed.
