Protection plan **********
I have been a client of Edgar’s for over 30 years. I have been paying for a protection plan for most of that time. My husband lost his job and I wanted to get the plan to pay my payments as I can’t cover that with all the other expenses that is now on me. Like all other Edgar’s products this is also a **** ! They are not willing to get the plan to take over my payments. This is typical of Edgar’s, so easy to take your money but not willing to pay up. Searching for loopholes or probably writing it in the plan.
In response to your email received, please note that the account protection plan cover that is active on your account covers the main account holder only. The Account Protection Plan will pay the outstanding balance on your account in the event of retrenchment from permanent employment, permanent disability or death. The partner protection plan is not enrolled on your account.
Please note that you need to make payment arrangement by providing us with your payment details.
Please advise on the amount to be paid and the date in which the payment will be made to enable us to capture your payment arrangement.
