Promotions

Its really great that Edgars lingerie department is having a \buy one get one free\" promotion, or atleast thats what I thought.<br> <br> Yesterday morning, walking into the store, going directly to the lingerie department, looking for lingerie for my wedding, I see the promotion and get assisted from a floor assistant who advises me that I can take 2 of the temptations branded chemise and only pay for 1. Which is great news, I take 2 and stand in a long queue only to reach the from 20 min later and be told that they are charging me for both.<br> Apparently the temptations brand is not on promotion, yet there is BIG sign above it as well as a floor assistant telling everyone that it is.<br> <br> And to add insult to injury, the other till operator shouts at me, screaming its not on promotion and that the sign is wrong.<br> <br> What a waste of time, embarrassing and so unnecessary!<br> <br> Stores needs more management as well as nicer till operators!
