Promotion or false advertising??
On 11 March I received an sms from Edgars stating that if I spend R650 or more I will receive a gift card of R100 and that the offer is available between 9 - 15 March.<br> <br> I spent a lot more that the R650 at Edgars on 9 March, but did not receive the gift card?<br> <br> Why is that!?
