Promise not kept

Please refer to Reference number: ********** 4672/GO to date I have not gotten any feedback from Edgars with regards to the complaint that have logged the RMCS have been cancelled as per the sms’s received on my cell phone ********** 919, however based on this month’s statement I picked up that I am changed for

I have never subscribed nor have I received any of the subscriptions as per my statement dated 07/05/2019 due on the 01/06/2019 which I see that I have been changed on my latest account, I am really tired of querying the same thing with Edgars for chargers that I don’t understand and which reflect badly on my credit score please can I have this rectified as I am not interested in the subscription charged and I would like to be reimbursed and the matter must be rest ASAP. I hope this is the last time I receive such funny things on my account as this never used to happened now my amount payable is R 884.00 because on these subscriptions that I never received or opted for. i need an answer before i make this month’s payment.
