Product item swoped

I was at Edgars BT Ngebs mall today and bought a Samsang Galaxy Grand Prime Plus . I paid and was given the items paid for in the plastic bag. When I got home to my suprise there is no cellphone in the box . There is only a white box with the cellphone holder used to display cellphones. I am beyond dissapointed and disgusted as the cashier Nwabisa Siyotula took out the cellphone and showed me a box will all cellphone contents but she gave me something else. As far as I know the cellphone holder is not for sale , I want to know what she did with the cell she was meant to give me. Above all I want it couriered to Mt Frere as as soon as possible as she is the one at fault not me. I expect a full explanation and the product that I paid for.
