Product does not live up to promise
To Whom It May Concern,
I really love the jockey brand but am extremely dissatisfied with my latest purchase. I recently bought the jockey "no panty line promise" knicker shorts underwear form Edgars and can not wear it. Not only does it make more of a panty line than any of my other underwear, it also digs into my glutes so that it gives the appearance of a "double bum".
Because of the policy on not being allowed to return underwear, I have just wasted the money to buy something that I would never be able to wear. Should I be held liable if a product promises "satisfaction guaranteed" on the box but then does not live up to the expectation?
