Problematic cancellation of Cell C airtime subscription

I have been charged Cell C airtime and vault backup for a period of time now. I did not agree to this service. In March i try to cancel it from an edgars store where we phoned. 26 April i phoned again to cancel. Received an sms to confirm it is cancelled.

With June statement im still being charged these services for R130. Can't close my account because of this 3rd party charges which is very unfair.

Really pathetic that edgars allow 3rd party services to control the closure of your account. I cant get hold of ***. Goes to voice mail.
