Problem Closing my Account

I went to Jet in Kroonstad to close my account but instead they told me i should go to any Edgas to do so, my problem is that i keep paying while R36 or more for what coz i dnt have insurance and i settled tht account 2mnths back so kindly clearify this.I always make Payment @ Jet even whn i buy on credit, why its so dificult now to close the Acc now.....
