Privacy unprotected /Heidelberg Edgards

Good day

The purpose for sending the email is to notify you of poor servise i received from Heidelberg Edgards on the 29th of August 2023.

On the 29th of August i discovered that my account was tampered with since it is linked to my rewards card, my particulars and cellphone numbers were changed on the system so that some somebody can benefit Edgards rewards using my rewards card and that deprived me rights if privacy. My Name ans cellphone number were changed to Motseyi Makhale and edited my cellphone to Motseyi 's cell number 074......

I asked few question and wanted to get my answers who edited my particulatrs, when and why but non of them were able to assist. I was expecting them to draw out the audit query and show me when was it done i also want to see the signature of Ms. Motseyi Makhale.

I am writing this complaint because i am not so happy that one of your officials tampered with my account and changed my name and contact numbers using my id details so that someone can benefit using my rewards account without my consent.

Heidelberg staff failed to give me answers regarding the query so i need answers from Edgards team as to who, when and why my particulars changed to Motseyi Makhale, i also want the history and the audit query so i can pursue it further.

I hope this query will be attended to urgently and i will get my answers.
