Pricing/Promo Launch

My husband and I were vacationing at the Kruger National Park and needed a few things that we could only find outside the Kruger park. On the 3rd January 2016 we went to the Malelane shopping centre. We saw that Edgar's active had a massive sale, so we went inside. We spent 15-20minutes and when it was time to pay we were told that, they cannot sell us the items on the sale price as the sale only starts on the 4th. This was so shocking to me because almost the whole store was on sale. The staff had such attitudes and little understanding. My husband and I were told that they had to launch the sale and send pictures before they close at 12pm. I told Christine that I wanted to talk to her area manager. She made a call and I spoke to Vusi Mnisi who said he was the area manager. Vusi told me all the problems of launching a promo. Vusi told me this is how the company operate and there's nothing he can do. I didn't get the items I wanted and basically Edgar's failed me and my family. I took photos of the whole store and I will escalate this matter should no one account it. I am so angry and embarrassed that I had to fight over false advertising by Edgar's. I demand for this to be sorted.
