On Sunday morning on the 28th of June I went to the store to purchase lingerie the was a promotion that said bbuy two packs of bras and get R80 off.I was assisted initially buy busi who was so blank about the promotion in store,she refered to her supervisor as to how the promo wworks,my you I am heavily pregnant and have been standing in the queue for long.Busisiwe tells me I have to get bras of the same price in order for me to get the discount, I do exactly that when I get back she doesnt assist me she transfers me to another cashier, Phumeza scans the bras and tells the bras are not the same price oon the system but we both see that the pricing on the tags are the same,how was i supposed to know that the pprices have changed however the pricing on the tags wa read the same, according to CPA I was supposed to get the bras at that prices to avoid such incidents make ssure that price tags correspond with the system.
