Price you see is not the price you pay
<p> I went into Edgars active Bizana. I found an item with a big red label reading was R200.95 now R100.95. On proceeding to pay the cashier tells me that the item scans at R200.95. </p> <p>And I'll have to pay full price if I want the item I asked if there's a manager around she responded saying no I'm the only one who can help you. Upon exiting I notice another staff member wearing her name tag upside down and I ask if she was the manager she said yes. When I explain to her what had happened she just said sorry I can't help you.</p>
We have escalated the complaint to the Edgars Active Bizana management to address as our valued customer is not happy that the manager was wearing their tag inside out.
