price query

I have send the below mail since the 2nd January no respond till today.

To whom it may concern.

On the 27 December 2019, I went to Edgars Clearwater for shopping , I saw a T-shirt that was on sale from R239.95 to R35.00 I took it , as I was about to pay for the T-shirt the cashier advised me that the Tshirt it's not R35.00 then a lady with no name tag teared the R35.00 , I ask for a manager, Vusi came and he said he can only give us 10% to 15% , I refused as I know my rights as the customer , a second manager was called she told us the same story.

I fail to understand when the manager tells me this is not their price , first of all I don't work at Edgars the price I see is the price I should pay.

Attached is the T-shirt. As they refused to sell the T- shirt at the price I saw it . I feel this is against the consumer law , unfair treatment towards me.

I still need this T shirt at R35.00.Further than this I will take the matter to ombudsman.
