PRESCRIPTION LAW APPLIES TO EDGARS TOO

<p>Once again it is Edgars and this time it is ignorance of the law.</p> <p>Edgars is under new ownership….</p> <p>NEW OWNERS…. THIS IS THE LAW!</p> <p>Today and a few weeks ago I receive a sms telling me to pay an Edgars account within 48 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recall I possibly may have still had an Edgars account in 2009.</p> <p>I had retrenchment insurance and I cannot even recall having any balance with Edgars.</p> <p>HERE IS WHERE THE LAW KICKS IN WHICH APPLIES TO EDGAR…</p> <p>If there was any balance, this would have prescribed after 3 years.</p> <p>IN FACT THE NEW LAW STATES THAT NO PRESCRIBED DEBT MAY BE COLLECTED UPON OR SOLD TO A THIRD PARTY ANY MORE.</p> <p>PENALTY FOR THIS TRANSGRESSION IS 1.2 MILLION RAND OR 10 % OF ANNUAL TURNOVER OR WHICH EVER IS HIGHER.</p> <p>I SHOULD REPORT THIS THE THE NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR…</p>
