PREPAID VOUCHER
On Saturday the 21/03/2015 i purchased telkom prepaid for my landline not realising that i actually purchased telkom mobile. I called the OTA call centre & i was advised that it can't be reversed, now i am sitting with R200 worth of telkom mobile that i can't use. Surely they should be able to reverse this for me. Very dissatified with the service .
