Poorest customer service ever!!!!

Bought a phone in Bloem middestad Edgar's which came without a charger, called in to report and was told it will be sorted out when I get back. To my surprise when I got there I was told there's no one who could help me, and was given an old charger that was used by store which had cuts on the edges. Really disappointed and certainly won't be buying there anymore.
