Poor trained staff
I have been calling and email.Edgars for the last month. My installment on a balance of R7940 over 6 months interest free is R2750.
The call centre in accounts, the agent told me that I must do a credit note 1st. I call and emailed customer service, lady said it dont make sense. I receive calls and emails, but it's like we not on the same level. Edgar's must invest in training. Tomorrow will be the 7th, so my account will be in arrears!?
