Poor tracking services. Non existent customer care!

Absolutely no truth in their service delivery! I ordered perfume, got the tracking and when I copy the tracking number onto their tracking system they can’t find it. They haven’t even sent me an email confirming if my parcel has left the warehouse or something... Which courier service does Edgars use so I can do the tracking myself?
